In 1984, after being laid off from his social service job, Fred Pizzi borrowed money from his mother, threw caution to the wind, and established Lawndale Realty. His goal was to own and operate a neighborhood brokerage to serve the real estate needs of Belmont and its surrounding communities.
Since then many real estate agencies have come and gone or have taken the national franchise route, but Lawndale Realty continues to provide personal service where decisions are made "right here" and not at a "corporate office." We are able to accomplish this along with providing both Sellers and Buyers with the latest technology.
